About the size of a small closet. Fits seasonal items, holiday decorations, file boxes, sports equipment, a few totes of household overflow, or business documents. Our smallest and most affordable option. Available at our Hudson location (115 Main St).
A walk-in closet's worth of space. Fits the contents of a small bedroom — mattress and frame, dresser, a few boxes, seasonal items — or a downsizing household's keepsakes. Also works well as an apartment storage overflow.
About the size of an average bedroom. Holds the contents of a studio or 1-bedroom apartment, or about half a 2-bedroom house. Furniture, mattress set, appliances like a small refrigerator, several boxes.
A small one-car garage worth of space. Fits a 2-bedroom apartment or small house, or the equivalent of a single-car garage's contents — lawn equipment, tools, holiday items, furniture, boxes.
A standard one-car garage. Holds the contents of a 3-4 bedroom house, or works well for contractors, tradespeople, and small businesses storing tools, equipment, work-truck overflow, seasonal inventory, or job-site materials — essentially a contractor garage or flex space outside your primary location.
A large garage or extra room. Fits the contents of a 4-5 bedroom house, multiple vehicles' worth of equipment, large business inventory, or a serious contractor garage / flex space. Available at both our Lenoir locations.
Extra-large indoor unit (700 sq ft) sized for a full RV, large vehicle, boat with trailer, or oversized commercial equipment. The advantage of indoor RV storage: protection from sun, weather, and tree debris year-round — important for higher-end RVs and boats. This size is hard to find in the Lenoir area. Available only at our Lenoir 321 location.
Dedicated outdoor parking pads sized for RVs, boats, jet skis, trailers, motorcycles, and vehicles. Lower-cost than indoor RV storage; fully fenced and gated with the same gate-hours access as the storage units.
A common rule of thumb: 5x10 for the contents of a studio; 10x10 for a 1-bedroom apartment; 10x15 for a 2-bedroom apartment or small house; 10x20 for a 3-4 bedroom house; 10x30 for a larger home or full business setup; 14x50 for full vehicle/RV storage indoors. Always size up if you're not sure — a slightly larger unit costs a little more per month but is far less hassle than running out of room.
